Appoints David J. Schellinger as Director
Oakland, California - Citilabs is very proud to announce the opening of Citilabs – Philadelphia, scheduled for February 4th 2008. The new office will be headed by Mr. David J. Schellinger, P.E., and it will provide professional services and software support for Citilabs customers primarily in North America. “We have been building a solid Cube user community in the Mid-Atlantic region. Our new office allows us to give greater access and more timely support to our consulting and agency clients,” said Michael Clarke, President and CEO of Citilabs. “I am personally very pleased to have Dave join Citilabs. I know Dave and his new team near Philadelphia will help our software users to grow in their use of the Cube software suite, especially with new model developments which incorporate congestion pricing strategies as well as additional use of toll roads and transit services.”
Citilabs offers Cube, an integrated suite of transportation planning software which is popular across the globe, and in particular within the US Mid-Atlantic region. Several Cube modules, including Cube Voyager and Cube Avenue, offer newly advanced tools for toll and transit modeling. “Citilabs has been a leader for years, offering useful tools for transportation planners and modelers”, stated David Schellinger. “I look forward to assisting our consulting and agency users to succeed with Cube on new model development projects, especially projects involving toll road forecasting, public transport analyses and advanced traffic studies. I am also fascinated by the possibilities of GIS integration using our new Cube release with ESRI’s geodatabase technology.”
