FTP Site Information
Citilabs maintains a File Transfer Protocol (FTP) site for users to upload/download files to/from Citilabs support staff. If you are uploading a file to the incoming directory, please use a program such as WinZip to consolidate all data files and directories into a single file prior to uploading.
Incoming FTP access (upload your file):
The Citilabs Incoming FTP site can be reached by using Windows Explorer (not Internet Explorer). Copy and paste the ftp link below into the address field of Windows Explorer:
ftp://anonymous@my.citilabs.com
You can then copy and paste your file to the ftp folder accessible from Windows Explorer. Note, you cannot delete files from this location. If you need to upload a file with the same name as a file that already exists on the site, you will need to rename the file first as you will not be able to overwrite an existing file name.
You may access the Incoming FTP site by using any popular FTP software (see suggestions below).
Use the following information to configure your FTP software:
Host: my.citilabs.com
Server type: FTP
Logon type: Normal
User: anonymous
Password: none (leave blank)
Here is an example setup for client access to the Incoming FTP site using FileZilla.

If you are experiencing problems accessing the Incoming FTP site or uploading your files please consult with your system administrator or other internal IT staff on how to configure FTP access incase there may be firewall settings that prevent you from accessing the site.
Outgoing FTP access (downloading your file):
If you need to download a file from the Citilabs Outgoing FTP site, you will be provided a direct HTML download link by Citilabs support staff which you can use directly access the file.
FTP Software:
If you prefer to use FTP software for accessing the Incoming FTP site we recommend any of the following options:
FTP Explorer
WS_FTP
FileZilla Client
