Citiquest

CitiQuest is the first survey system specifically designed to exploit the freedom and power of the pocket computer.

Program and test your survey on the PC and then transfer it to the pocket computer : you now have the most powerful and mobile survey system ever designed.Easy, Quick Survey Design

CitiQuest provides tools for making survey design easy:

- The survey stages are set up as a group of tabs keeping control of the different sections of your survey- The questions can be nested to form a hierarchy, making the next question dependent on the given answer

- Appending, inserting, deleting and creating a nest or hierarchy is only a button click away- The user is free to define any variable, to give a name to the variable and to call the variable at any time and at any stage of the survey.
These variables may be used in logical tests and computations

The Perfect Environment for any Type of Survey Requiring Mobility

-  Household Surveys
- Opinion Surveys
- Consumer Surveys
-  Public Transit Surveys
-  Roadside Surveys

Powerful Programming
Ask questions, set conditions, give messages to the surveyor, make jumps to other parts of the questionnaire.

Asking Questions
The prompt command allows you to ask any question and to either predefine the answers or allow numeric or text-based answers.  Questions can be of any form (multiple choice, true/false, ranges..)  This command is also used to provide messages to the surveyor.

Linking Responses
The answer command contains the description of the answer, a short cut key and may serve as the starting point for other commands.

Setting Conditions
The if-then-else statement lets you condition your questions depending on calculations and answers.

Calculating Values
The compute command allows any mathematical calculation in questions ? to fully exploit user responses.

Moving in Your Survey
The goto command links to other stages or other variables.  Using the goto command you will be able to create loops and branches in your survey.

Saving Your Data
Using the write command you store from any part of the survey in any text format.  The file naming can be fixed or be made dependent on the survey identification variables and/or the variables you want to have saved.
